Please remember the next meeting will be tomorrow. there will be a short management meeting first. This will be followed by a normal meeting and Steves famous quizz. Please remember a £1 and a pen. Id also suggest reading up on Featherstone Rovers and 1950-1980s rugby. There will be food on for all attending members.

Please note that if clubs do not have a TL Manager at each game then the game should not go ahead. This means each team should have one.

Can clubs please remember that team sheets need to be handed in to the referee prior to KO.

The Pennine League have asked us to remind referees that when they do a game to submit the team sheet to the league asap to the correct address, this changed at the start of the season. Any sending off reports to go to Sue (League Secretary) with the team sheet.

Members are asked to remember to try and wear society wear or rfl when attending the meeting. Just makes us look like we belong. Our meeting is at a rugby club and should still seen to be setting an example.

Reminder that next meeting is this thursday the 24th at Milford.
Can everybody thats wanting a game please make sure is aware of your availablity and accept your games asap. This just helps us all out when trying to get fixtures up on the website.
Can clubs make sure that they get fixtures in as early as possible as lateness may mean we are unable to accomodate.

Further to the last meeting. Officials were asked to help Craig out by giving availability up front. Despite this Craig still struggles to appoint games this week. This is not acceptable. Please let Craig know if you cant do a game otherwise he will appoint based on you being available.

Please can members note that after a vote at the last meeting it was decided that going forward there would only be 1 development officer. This is Paul Chipp.
The management committee would like to thank Paul Ward for his efforts over the past few years.
Subs for 11/12 season are over due and need to be with Tom by monday 31 october.
The RFL are offering super league kit at reduced prices. Please contact Laura Fairbank at the RFL. They also have training kit at £130.
At last nights meeting we had Matt Cecchin NRL Referee give a talk on refereeing in the NRL, Origin & Test Matches. It was very informative and entertaining. We would like to thank him for this and wish him all the best for the 4 Nations.

At the last meet Bernard Robinson made his anual award. The Bernard Robinson Trophey was awarded to Paul Ward. Bernard felt Pauls hard work with the Junior members was worth while.
Conratulations also to Tom & Tom who have appointed to officiate at Wembley for the Schoold finals.
Well done to all.

Results of AGM were that Nigel, Steve, Tom and Craig continue on the management committe in current roles.
Members are reminded to contact members of management if they have an incident on a game.

Announcement
We would like to wish Martyn all the best and thank him for his valuable contribution towards the society over the past 12 years. Martyn has decided to step down and retire from all matters with the society. You will be missed.
